I began my journey as a finance coach out of the desire to help my non-finance colleagues and peers shake off the fear of ‘numbers’ and finance lingo.

I discovered that whilst offering a hand to them initially eased my execution of work as Head of Finance, it also seemed to increase their confidence and motivation while executing on their own roles.

Through the years, I have drawn fulfilment in empowering my non-finance colleagues, peers and organizational executives and leaders to go past their limiting believes and get at ease with the ‘numbers’ to engage freely with their Finance colleagues, peers, partners and stakeholders at the finance agenda table.

It has been the most fulfilling experience of my 25 year Finance and Accounting career. My goal is to empower and transform non-finance executives and entrepreneurs in financial decision-making.

Susan is an enthusiastic change champion, with a dynamic 20+ year’s career in delivering actual organizational change. Familiar with evolving economic trends following a rich blend of experiences in the human resource management, business development and customer experience across varied industries in hospitality, logistics, insurance and real estate sectors.

Susan is accomplished in designing and implementing human resource interventions that result in cost saving, developing teams, attaining profit targets and synergetic performance. In addition, she is a transformational leader with a track record of managing change, integrating business models to organizational strategy and managing process improvements.

Susan is currently the Managing Partner of Emerging Profile Consulting; a HR consulting firm which focuses on, Headhunting/Recruitment, Executive Support (Coaching), Training and Organization Development. She has served and grown her career through working with diverse multinationals and SME’s a result of which enabled her attain top leadership positions, with her previous role being that of Managing Director - Talent Recruit Ltd.

As a professionally certified coach and one who is very passionate about the industry, she adopts a unique approach to Career coaching were she revolves coachee’s enabling them self-analyze, and hence metamorphosis and catapult into the dynamic world of never ending opportunities.

In the past three years as a coach, she has worked with a wide range of clients including Standard Chartered Bank, Aga Khan University Hospital, entrepreneurs to top executives in government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Susan is a member of various professional institutions including Women on Boards Network (WOBN). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource management, an alumni of Strathmore Business School and a graduate of the IESE Business School (Pan African Module) in Barcelona, Spain (2016).

Becky Musili is a certified coach who is driven by the passion to see individuals look and feel their best. She believes that image contributes to a person’s expression and success.

Muita is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a global certification in Fraud Examination/investigations, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Public Secretary.

He is also a CISA Certified Auditor. He holds a Master of Science (Finance and Investment) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting option) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa.

He is an experienced consultant and trainer in Finance, Accounting, Audit and Fraud investigation. His ability to deliver in forensic investigations is unmatched. His long relationship with Precision Advisory is a great treasure to our team.

He is a seasoned Software Engineer with speciality in Business Intelligence Software Development and Software Quality Assurance.

He is also a Financial Systems Integration Expert having successfully worked with I&M Bank, Paypal, Pesapal, Jambopay and Safaricom MPESA payment platforms. He has successfully led software implementation projects for the Tourism, Real Estate, Property Management, Credit, NGO & Fast Moving Consumer Goods sectors.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology.
